Season Opener Waterfowl Hunt

Sometimes as Saskatchewan waterfowl outfitters we are pleasantly surprised when what we expect to be a hunt for one species of waterfowl such as Canada Geese turns out to be great for other species as well. The final tally on this morning waterfowl hunt in a pea field was 22 Snow Geese, 3 White-Fronted Geese (Specs), 41 Lesser Canada Geese, 2 Greater Canada Geese (honkers) and 6 mallard ducks. It was an initiation for our first time hunting in Saskatchewan Memphis Tennessee guests.
